Our web site and services provided to you on and through our web site on an "AS IS" basis. You agree that the owners of this web site exclusively reserve the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, modify or discontinue this web site and its services or delete the data you provide, whether temporarily or permanently. We shall have no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information.
3. Terms of Sale
We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, especially if you've ordered something for a specific occasion.
We offer a number of delivery options to Austrlia. A full list of details can be found below. We do ask for you to wait the allocated time frame before querying where your order is.
Orders are placed in the UK once a week on Friday. All orders received through the website up to 5pm UK time on Firday are placed with Oriflame UK. The order should be delivered by next Friday and we dispatch the individual orders to Australia on Saturday. For the delivery options, costs and times from UK to Australia please see below:
Please be aware that delivery times do not include the 1 week despatch time required to order the products from Oriflame UK.
Please note that all products have a weight information added and the delivery options available will be based on the total weight of your basket at check out. Some items have a fixed postage price attached depending on the size/weight of the item.
6. Returns Policy
Damaged or defective products:
We are under a legal duty to supply products in conformity with the Contract. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These rights are not affected by anything else in these Terms of Sale.

We aim to deliver parcels within the time frames specified on our site. However, there are times when delays may occur which are beyond our control such as adverse weather. We will always keep our customers updated should this happen.
All tracked orders will require a signature upon delivery.

Damaged or defective products:
We are under a legal duty to supply products in conformity with the Contract. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These rights are not affected by anything else in these Terms of Sale.
You should inspect the product(s) when you receive them for defects or damage. Once received, goods, which are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or which have been damaged, may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the items in their original condition and packaging if possible within 30 days of receipt. You must ensure that you take reasonable care of the Product(s).
If the Product(s) are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective (through no fault of your own wearing or use), we will repair or replace the Product(s) or refund the price paid by you, including any shipping charges you paid, provided that you have not used and damaged the Product(s).
Returns Policy
We regret that it is not currently possible to exchange an item on our Website.
You can return a product by posting it back to us, however you will have to pay for the return postage.
We will refund you via the method that you used to pay:
- Where you paid for Products by payment card, we will re-credit the account that card is associated with. If we are unable to do this, we will contact you.
- If you made your order with PayPal, we will refund your PayPal account.
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the Product(s). No refunds for delivered products will be made until have received the relevant products. Please include your name and email address you used to place the order so we can issue the refund accordingly.
