Nutrient-rich Inca Inchi Oil is extracted from the fruit and seeds of the Plokenetia volubilis plant, which is native to tropical South America, and nourishes and replenishes the skin during the night. Omega 3 strengthens the skin by helping to maintain its elasticity, Omega 6 helps to strengthen the skin barrier, for improved moisture retention, and antioxidant Vitamin E helps protect the skin against damaging free radicals.
Cupuaçu Butter
Cupuaçu Butter is extracted from the seed of the Theobroma grandiflorum tree, native to the Amazon Rainforest, and is rich in Oleic Acid and Phytosterols. Oleic Acid nourishes to leave the skin soft, supple and glowing. Phytosterols help to strengthen the skin barrier by regulating the balance of the water and lipids in the uppermost layer of the skin, the stratum corneum.
Hyaluronic Acid
Hyaluronic Acid is found naturally in the skin, but levels diminish as the skin ages. It is able to absorb up to 1000 times its weight in water from the deeper layers of the skin and hold on to it like a sponge. Hyaluronic Acid has a plumping effect on the skin, which helps to smoothe wrinkles, and helps maintain a healthy skin barrier to lock in moisture.
