What is oxidative stress?
We are all exposed to free radicals every day, from natural metabolic processes within our own bodies, but also from unhealthy lifestyle choices (e.g., unhealthy diet, alcohol consumption and smoking) and from the environment (e.g., pollution and UV rays).
